1. About Safar Fashion

Safar Fashion is a women's fashion accessories brand based in Basti, Uttar Pradesh, India. By placing an order or using our website (safarfashion.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Orders and pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Prices may change without prior notice; the price at time of order confirmation is binding
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product becomes out of stock after confirmation — a full refund will be issued
• Order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp or the contact number provided at checkout

3. Payment

• Prepaid orders: Accepted via UPI, debit card, credit card and net banking through our secure payment gateway
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible pin codes. A COD convenience fee may apply on select orders
• Free shipping is applicable on all prepaid orders; COD orders may have a nominal delivery charge

4. Shipping and delivery

• Standard delivery across India: 4–7 business days
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances
• We ship to most serviceable pin codes across India. Check COD and delivery availability via WhatsApp before ordering
• Safar Fashion is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners once the order is dispatched

5. Exchange policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unworn and in original packaging with tags intact
• Exchange requests must be initiated via WhatsApp at +91 84228 47204
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the replacement item
• Shipping charges for exchange returns are to be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect

6. Refunds

• Refunds are processed only in cases where the exchange item is out of stock or the product received was defective
• Prepaid refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• COD orders are refunded via bank transfer; please share your bank details with our support team

7. Product information

We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. Slight colour variations may occur due to photography lighting or screen calibration. If you are unsure about a product, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including images, copy, logos and design — is the property of Safar Fashion. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

Safar Fashion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website beyond the value of the order placed. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Basti, Uttar Pradesh.
